Sitemap Generation Fix for Vercel Deployment

We've identified and resolved a critical issue that prevented the sitemap.xml from generating correctly on Vercel. This fix ensures search engines can properly discover and index all your content, including blog posts, books, and pages.

How It Works
The sitemap now automatically includes:
- All blog posts - Automatically scanned from the
blogs/directory during build - Book detail pages - All books from the database with proper last-modified dates
- Book reader pages - Online reading pages for each book
- Static pages - Homepage, blog index, Q&A, and all-apps pages
- Pagination pages - All paginated listing pages (up to 100 pages)
